Tadpole works with both Windows (Windows 7 or later) and Mac (Mac OS X Mountain Lion or later) laptops.
We accept returns within 30 days for a full refund. Returns after this period will receive store credit.
The camera shoots all video in 4K, and downscales based on the requested resolution up to 1080p, the current maximum of all video conferencing applications.
Mac users can download Opal Composer to customize settings. For Windows users, we recommend using OBS Studio.
Tadpole’s nylon USB-C cable works with most laptops up to 16” in screen size. The mounting clip opens to a width of 7mm (9/32”).
Tadpole was specifically crafted for laptops, so it won't be compatible with a monitor. We suggest using it as your on-the-go camera for times when you're not at your desk.
